All imports are conducted in full accordance with the regulations of the Government of Canada and are properly declared to the Canada Border 

Services Agency (CBSA). The business operates in strict compliance with all applicable Canadian federal and provincial laws governing the import, sale, and distribution of precious metals.

The company is duly registered with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and holds an active GST/HST account for tax reporting and remittance. Import and export activities are carried out under valid CBSA registration, and all customs declarations and accounting procedures are 

processed through the CARM (CBSA Assessment and Revenue Management) portal as required by current Canadian customs regulations.

All business transactions, including purchases, imports, sales, and tax filings, are accurately recorded and maintained in accordance with Canadian accounting standards and regulatory requirements to ensure full transparency, traceability, and compliance at all times.
